Correlation Between Depression and a Good Night’s Sleep

There is evidence based studies that support the direct correlation between depression and sleep.  We know that people with depression can have challenges with sleep patterns and most often experience early morning awakenings.  With effect treatment of depression sleep will improve.  In addition, individuals have to be mindful of good sleep hygiene in order to maintain a health sleep pattern.
